Billy the Orange Tank Engine from Thomas & Friends

Billy is a bright orange tank engine with green and white lining and he has buck teeth. He is a very bubbly engine with a lot enthusiasm to help.

Trivia

Billy is modeled after a Manning Wardle L Class 0-6-0ST and so is his friend Charlie. Billy made his first appearance in Don't Be Silly, Billy when he arrived at the Island of Sodor. Billy thought Thomas was very bossy and ignored his instructions. After running out of water and coal Billy realized Thomas was trying to help and apologizes.
