Duck the tank engine is painted in the GWR green livery color with yellow lining and black wheels. The letters GWR appear on his pannier tanks in yellow and red and he has a gold brass safety valve cover. He is numbered 8 and has the number 5741 on his side cabs too.

Trivia

Duck has a nickname, The Little Western but most people don't know his real name is Montague. He is modeled after GWR 57xx 0-6-0 pannier tank. Duck was first introduced in 1955 in Duck and the Diesel Engine. He has a favorites saying "there are two ways of doing things: the Great Western way, or the wrong way".
