Whiff the little tank engine has a special job, he collects the rubbish. He is painted green and he wears eyeglasses but the other engines noticed that he smells funny. When Whiff first joined the railway he worked with Emily.

Whiff is modeled after a North Eastern Railway No.66 Aerolite and he has a distinctive two tone whistle.
