Misty Island Rescue Movie Review

Misty Island Rescue is about a new Search and Rescue Center being built on Sodor from special red Jobi logs only found on Hiro's Island. The steamies are very excited about delivering these Jobi logs to the construction site.

Diesel decides to deliver the Jobi logs alone and races down the tracks. Thomas realizes Diesel is traveling too fast and chases after him. Luckily Thomas catches Diesel and saves him from falling over the cliff but all of the Jobi logs fall into the sea below.

Thomas is rewarded for rescuing Diesel with a visit to the mainland. As he boards the ship Thomas waves goodbye to his friends at Brendham Docks. During the night Thomas is separated from the ship and is stranded alone on a mysterious Misty Island.

Misty Island is full of secret hiding places, rickety tracks and bridges including some new friends. Thomas meets three new engines who are special logging locos called Bash, Dash and Ferdinand and together they try to help Thomas find his way home.
